Jenn
After first stepping onto her mat in 2004, Jenn fell in love with the postures and energy of yoga…and being barefoot. She believes yoga practice extends far beyond the mat, offering lessons for life. With over 20 years of practice and teaching, she’s discovered yoga has something for everyone. As both a teach and lifelong student, Jenn creates inclusive, thoughtful classes with music, props, and intention, making yoga accessible for all. She sees yoga as more than movement – it’s a way to nurture the mind, body, and heart, inspiring a fuller more joyful life.
