About Me
Hi, I’m Erica, a 5/1 Emotional Generator, Gemini Rising, Sagittarius Sun, and Enneagram 4.
I’m a certified Confidence and Well-Being Coach, certified Human Design Guide, Reiki Level II practitioner, and certified yoga breathing coach.
I spent many years trying to find my purpose through listening to other people’s suggestions of what I should do.
After going through the process that I now offer my own clients, I find myself setting my own life front and center for myself not for others.
Some strong messages from the Universe were a wake-up call to stop trying to make others happy, and instead to focus on what makes me lit up and happy!
