That Spring Buzzing š
Iāve been creating a private podcast for an upcoming project (stay tuned for the exciting announcement in May), and Iāve been having so much fun with it. That got me thinkingā¦
What if Unfolding: A Newsletter also had a friend...Unfolding: A Podcast?
So, Iām trying an experiment. Iāve launched a podcast called Unfolding: Audio Letters From the Middle of Becoming as a companion to this newsletter (links listed below). Iām not totally sure how itāll evolveāand thatās part of the fun. Like I say in the episode, I tend to plan just enough, then leap in and figure things out as I go...not always the best plan.
And honestly? For this, it feels good to not over-plan, to be more bendy in my process (so I donāt get brittle and frustrated when life inevitably shifts).
Think of this as an audio letter from me to you each week. Because don't you love those audio messages from friends?
But never fear the newsletter isn't going away.
This first episode is called That Spring Buzzing šāand itās a gentle reminder that spring isnāt just about what we see blooming. Itās also about whatās quietly growing beneath the surface.
Lately, in client sessions and in my own life, I keep coming back to this: before we grow or bloom, we need to root.
And wow⦠if youāve felt like your nervous system has had enough lately, you are definitely not alone. Between the astrology, the state of the world, and the pressure to be ādoing moreāāno wonder things feel buzzy and wobbly.
If it resonates, Iād love to hear whatās landing for you.
