That Spring Buzzing šŸ

I’ve been creating a private podcast for an upcoming project (stay tuned for the exciting announcement in May), and I’ve been having so much fun with it. That got me thinking…

What if Unfolding: A Newsletter also had a friend...Unfolding: A Podcast?

So, I’m trying an experiment. I’ve launched a podcast called Unfolding: Audio Letters From the Middle of Becoming as a companion to this newsletter (links listed below). I’m not totally sure how it’ll evolve—and that’s part of the fun. Like I say in the episode, I tend to plan just enough, then leap in and figure things out as I go...not always the best plan.

And honestly? For this, it feels good to not over-plan, to be more bendy in my process (so I don’t get brittle and frustrated when life inevitably shifts).

Think of this as an audio letter from me to you each week. Because don't you love those audio messages from friends?

But never fear the newsletter isn't going away.

This first episode is called That Spring Buzzing šŸā€”and it’s a gentle reminder that spring isn’t just about what we see blooming. It’s also about what’s quietly growing beneath the surface.

Lately, in client sessions and in my own life, I keep coming back to this: before we grow or bloom, we need to root.

And wow… if you’ve felt like your nervous system has had enough lately, you are definitely not alone. Between the astrology, the state of the world, and the pressure to be ā€œdoing moreā€ā€”no wonder things feel buzzy and wobbly.

If it resonates, I’d love to hear what’s landing for you.

You can listen to the first episode below.
